To start this, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Anthony, mostly known as 'Ruby', or 'God Splice' on certain Forums. I am creating this game for the simple reason of, Getting my idea's out for a game. A game which I think would be probably the most fantastic game ever developed. I think with enough determination, from my staff, and especially me, and the support of my fans, This game is possible.

You start off as a young trainer, in Pallet Town. Two years have passed since the leave the the local trainer Ash Ketchum, the one you always promised your self you would beat in the end. As you start your adventure, you are given a choice of three pokemon, yet none become available, because little do you know, you will encounter a very special friend caught by your father, many years ago.

 

As you go through your journey, you hear of an ancient story of a stone known as the Orichalcos, which was destroyed many years ago, broken into hundreds of pieces. It is said, that when the shards broken off, blasted itself around the world to different legends of the world. It is also said if one of these shards are found, a mysterious Pokemon can also be found. The real mystery is, what would happen if all shards were brought back together?

 

Journey through the many regions, collect the many shards, capture the legends of the world, and put the shards back together. Then, and only then will you find the Pokemon of Pokemon, the creator of all that is.

Trainer Selection

This is not a for sure thing yet, but I do plan on making a bigger selection of playable characters. Hopefully, if possible, I can find a 'Customizable Feature' to use in the game, but for now, a better range of characters.

 

Day Settings

I do plan on bringing back the "Day Differences' setting in this game, so as time passes in your time, so does in your game with visual differences.

 

Biodiversity

I originally got the idea from another member at Pokecommunity, but I would like to put into my game, a feature where each pokemon's physical features, differ from that of the same species, in a different location. More info to come on this.

 

Starter Pokemon

Do to a special event, you will automatically be placed with one Pokemon. The pokemon will not be revealed yet, but will shock every player. Each player will have the chance to get each starter pokemon, through some event, so don't worry.

 

Level Caps

With the feature of every Region, including a Custom Region, I thought 'Captain Arcane's' idea of a Level Caps for each region should be placed in. The Level Cap for each Region may vary, but nothing's decided.

 

Every Region

Yes, every region. All regions featured so far in the Pokemon World, shall be in the game, including a custom region, created by our team. Each Region will have it's own input on the Main Storyline. Don't worry, with this much Gameplay, you are sure to never get bored.

 

I expect a lot more features to be added, so keep up with this thread, the Pokecommunity thread, or the Official Forum for the game, which I will be willing to give through PM.

PEX is a new Pokemon Fan Site, which is currently down,

It will be up October 1st, with some really cool features =D

I'm impressed so far. I would definitely help if I knew how to do splicing and map making and all of that.

 

If anyone can give me hyperlinks to where I can the programs (and how to operate them) I'm sure I could be up and ready in a month's time to start helping in anyway I can.

 

I definitely want the hyperlink to the game this is created under.
