Here is what it should be: This card can only be Summoned if "Otherworld" is on your field. When this card attacks an opponent's monster, decrease the ATK and DEF of the oppenen't monster by 500 during damage calculation only. Your Silent Hill cards are great, but your OCG needs some work.
