Corporal Posted September 21, 2008 Report Share Posted September 21, 2008 Okay, usually I'm fine with fake-types and Norms, but this card is just totally unimaginative. The stats and the lacking effect don't describe him at all. His ATK should be relatively low but his DEF is high(1700 range), and he always has a joke up his sleeve, so he should have some sort of Spell-Card related effect like, "Once per turn, you can discard two cards to add one Normal Spell Card from your deck to your hand."
