[spoiler=Effect]

This card only be activated after it has been set for 2 turns. When you activate this card, remove it from play. During your Standby Phase, place 1 "Twilight Counter" on this card. During any of your Standby Phases, remove all counters from this card. Activate the appropriate following effect for the number of counters removed and send this card to the Graveyard:

-1 Counter: Draw 1 card

-2 Counters: Increase your Life Points by 300 for every card in your hand

-3 Counters: Return 1 card on the field to the owner's hand

-4 Counters: Discard 1 Monster, Spell, or Trap card from your hand. Add 1 card of the same kind as the 1 discarded from your deck to your hand

-5 or More counters: Select 1 card in your Graveyard or that's removed from play and place it on the top of your deck

If you look at the effect of Divine Dragon Excelion, you will find that cards with multiple effects, just like this card doesn't have "Jumps". If you don't follow me, as i am sure you don't, here's an example:

Divine Dragon Excelion's Effect:

When this card is Normal Summoned, it gets 1 of the following effects for each "Divine Dragon - Excelion" in your Graveyard when this effect resolves (your choice). These effects cannot accumulate. ● This card gains 1000 ATK. ● If this card destroys your opponent's monster by battle, it can attack once again in a row. ● When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.

If you do understand, then that's good for your future card making.

The effect of the card which activates when it has 4 counters are OP, as you can discard a useless card from your hand to get whatever is better. If you know Gold Sarchofagus, you'll see what i mean. It is limited to 1. (Or i least think it was some time ago) and when you activate that card, you have to wait for 2 turns before getting the card. The pic is a little blurry.

OCG is good, except for a couple of things:

1 - you don't need to put Twilight Counter in brackets anymore (but you can if you wish).

2 - Deck is capped, not deck.

3 - you return cards from removed from play to your Grave, not send (unless it says send on an already existing card).

4 - it's "During your Standby Phase", not "During any of your Standby Phases"

However it is a bit confusing when this effect is used, are the counters only put on this card when this card is removed from play by it's own effect, or just when it's removed from play? becuase if it's the latter, then this card's first effect becomes pointless (when used in a proper Deck). < answered

Pic is nice, not connected to Twilight though really. Effect is alright but is slightly OP, since while this card is removed from play, your opponent cannot stop counters going on this card since there is no card that affects counters going on a RFP card. So then in 4 turns (which is easily stallable for), you can discard a useless card to get a better one.

Card Rating: 6/10 - OP is OP and isn't tolerated, but is not as OP as it could first appear to be.
