its kinda overpowered if you had monsters on the field already, and the OCG is off.

 

i rate it 7/10 at first glance. ;)

I said I would change the pic at a later date if you read my post.

OCG is off because I am still deciding if I might make a PW set.

If I do then I will put it on but for the time being i really do not think it is big deal,

If it is over power explain how.

When you activate it you go automaticy to your battle phase

stand by phase, draw phase and main phase 1 are skipped, not allowed you to draw and cards or summon any monsters for the turn even in your main phase 2,

I guess you could set a monster or special summon.

Do you think it would be balanced if i ruled those out?
