Aniri Wulf Posted September 21, 2008 Report Share Posted September 21, 2008 the card that is level 1 is called goblin king.EFFECT:for every feind type monster you have on your side of the feild(not including this card)this card gets 1000 attack and defence.(short version)meaning that card is level 1 with a possible of 4000 attack and defence.
