Sorry that wasn't the card I ment to post. This is;

 

 

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be speical summoned exept by removing 2 or more dragon type monsters from play.This card is not effected by trap cards. Increase the attack of this card by 800 points for each of your dragon type monsters removed from play. When this card is destroid and sent to the graveyard speical summon two "Ice tokens. Type:dragon.ATK/1500. DEF/1000." in face up attack position on your side of the field.
