Dragon-Type monsters cannot be destroyed by battle by Winged Beast or Insect-Type monsters. This is a dumb card...it's way too specific...Pic isn't all that stellar either... And it's waaaaaay underpowered if you skip your draw phase every single turn. Drawing is the lifeblood of the duel. Playing this card is tantamount to suicide.
