My new time set is out, and this time, the best OCG I think I have ever done. Please rate and explain why you rated it what you rated it. :?

This card can only be activated by removing from play 7 Monsters in your Graveyard. For every turn this card is face-up on the field, place 1 Time Counter on this card. During your Draw Phase, you can remove 3 Time Counters to draw an extra 2 cards. During your Battle Phase, you can remove 5 Time Counters to skip your opponent's Battle Phase. During your End Phase, you can remove 7 Time Counters to destroy all Trap and Spell cards on your opponent's side of the Field. When this card is destroyed, inflict 1000 Life Points to your opponent.

Choose one Monster Level. For as long as this card is face-up on the field, neither player can summon any Monster with the chosen Monster Level. If there is already a Monster on the field with the chosen level, switch it into DEF position and it may not attack.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field by removing from play 10 Monsters in your Graveyard. On the seventh turn after this card is Summoned, destroy this card and every card on the side of the field this card is on. This card cannot be targeted by the effects of Trap and Spell cards. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, remove it from play instead.

On "Time bomb" you forgot to cap "Normal Summoned or Set". I also find that 1 underpowered. You pay a huge cost and then you have to wait 7 turns for it's advantageous effect to activate. Cards almost never last 7 turns on the field. To make it less underpowered either reduce the time to something like 3 turns or make it so it cannot be Tributed. The other cards are great though.

1st one: 9.5/10

2nd one: 9/10

3rd one: 7/10
