Destruction is becoming less and less prevalent. Sure DaD, JD, and Gyz exist, but DaD is slowly fading away, and each of these are only summoned as a gamebreaker, because of Stardust. So neg the PMDs, you'll never use them. It seems like you took Little City, took out the EHERO's, threw in E-Con and Raiou, and called it anti-meta. Just run Little City if this is what you can come up with.
