This is my Yusei deck support tuner monster, if you have not watched yu-gi-oh 5D's you wont understand it!! PLZ leave a comment and rating:D

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by discarding 2 cards from your hand. This card can be used for the Synchro Summon of "Junk Warrior", "Nitro Warrior" and "Turbo Warrior". If this card is the only Tuner monster you control, once per turn you can Special Summon 1 monster from your hand by paying Life Points equal to the Level of the monster x 200.

Not a bad idea. I would fine tune the OCG to say something like this:

 

This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by discarding 2 cards. This card can only be used for the Synchro Summon of "Junk Warrior", "Nitro Warrior", or Turbo Warrior". If this card is the only Tuner monster on your field, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your hand by paying Life Points equal to the Level of the monster x 200. This effect can only be used once per turn.

 

Overall, a pretty nifty idea. I like the image.

Interesting effect,I like it, pics kinda blurry but it fits the theme of his deck well. I'd just rewrite it the way SaTuRnPaLaDiN said and it'd be great. 8/10
