This card can only be Normal Summoned when your Life Points are 2000 or Less. Each time this card destroys a monster, increase this card's ATK by 500. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, if this card's ATK was increased by its Effect, Special Summon this card on your side of the field and its ATK becomes 1900.Viilain:Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending a "Green Lantern" monster equipped with "Yellow Ring of Fear". A monster destroyed by this card as a result of battle becomes an Equip Card at the end of the Battle Phase. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon on your side of the field, any number of monsters that were equipped to this card. monsters Special Summoned this way cannot attack and reduce its ATK by 1000. I didnt liked Scarecrow's image OCG / Effect: 89 / 100Like I said in a post, I dont like tooooo long and complex effects, but you dont make mistakes, thats important Coolness: 93 / 100Overall, very cool cards, especially Anakin_______________________________________________________________ 2nd: WujaPictures: 82 / 100Good pictures. 2nd image was nice. The 1st could be better. OCG / Effect: 80 / 100I rate on mistakes, how long it is, and what for cool ideas it has. Yours is good. Coolnes: 86 / 100The 2nd card was very cool, especially the image of it._______________________________________________________________ 3rd: OMGAKITTYPictures: 69 / 100Hmm, no background, except the holo sheet. But Carnage and Venom themself were good, but take care of the image-size.OCG / Effect: 87 / 100Very good OCG. But Venom is too powerful, cause of his resistance to Spell and Trap Cards.Coolness: 80 / 100Overall cool. Now I call the names of the ones which haven't won, but had really good cards too: lightdiversion, Lana_Skye, ~TwIsTeD~ and Ryuchan @ The Almighty Animator: Why that?
