Bhim should be moved there, as should Star.

They can easily set it so the Former Moderator's group shows up on the forum, however their actual group would be Banned. I believe Frunk did a similar thing when he banned Bhim.

It's physically impossible for Star and Bhim to be listed as former mods. They are banned, and if they were also to be listed as former mods, it would be fitting 2 things into a place only 1 could go in.

The same would likely happen with Star again and Bhim if they were put into the Former Mods group also. As for putting on the facade of the former mods group, I do not know if that would even work. I don't know the relationship between the former moderator group and the former moderator list on the forum team page. Considering one can be a mod (albeit a useless one) without being on the forum team page, I wouldn't be surprised if the former mods list was similar.

It's not the working or not working that I'm unsure of. I just don't know if the Former Moderators list on the forum team page is related to the former moderators user group (as in, if you're in the group you're on the list). For example, when someone is put into the moderators user group, they can see the moderator's forum, but until YCMaker assigns them a section (which is when they show up on the forum team list), they have no mod powers other than a bold name. The same could be true of the former moderators group, they could be placed in it, but not show up on the list unless YCMaker adds them, and he's the one who removed them in the first place.

ITT: Make a Banned Moderators group that gets seen on the forum team, but does not get any moderator privledges.

 

And we're all aware that S Mods on this site can access ACP. At any time, you can go see the settings and determine if it is possible, like if there is a "show user group on forum team" option as well as a "Cannot access moderator forum" and "Is forbidden from posting."

 

Something like that would be ideal.

 

I don't think its a bad idea, Star deserves respect for what he did for the forum, his legacy here, though we all never really saw him as "Key," he was always there, and he always contributed, so its not really fair to deny that he was a mod just because he was banned, especially when there is a former moderators group in existence for non-banned members.
