Ok so I wanted to go with that Gaurdian Veil kinda technique with this card effect. I was gunna make it more aggresive, but I do destroying cards alot.I'm pretty sure I forgot to capitalize something or messed up on something stupid like that, so please inform me if you find anything. PLEASE RATE or at least comment on what I can fix. All criticism is appreciated. I don't own the pic and all that good stuff.

You can remove this face-up card on your side of the field from play. If you do this, all WATER monsters on your side of the field cannot be selected as an attack target during your opponent's next Battle Phase. On the 3rd turn after this effect was activated, you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position. If so, this card is treated as a Normal monster with an ATK and DEF of 1500. This card's card effect is negated after the 3rd turn after activation. If a WATER monster on your side of the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by a Spell, Trap, or Monster card effect while this card is removed from play by it's card effect, you can not Special Summon this card during the 3rd turn after this card's effect is activated.

A bit overpowered. Lets you get many cards out onto the field with a water deck or one strong monster. You could also be able to attack your opponent. I say make the effect so that all water monsters on your side of the field cannot be selected as an attack target during your opponents next turn, not the next three turns. Make his ATK 2300 and his DEF 2700. You'll want his DEF like that to swarm easier and if placed in face down defence mode, has a chance of inflicting damage to your opponent because they wont know how much DEF it has. Picture is a bit squished so get that fixed. ATM, you have a 8.5/10 but when you get all that done you will have a 10/10.
