I played around a little bit with this picture too, let me know what you think.

 

Also, let me know if I have forgotten any types in the effect, although I'm not incuding types like physcic and divine.

Effect:

 

You can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon this card from your hand. When a monster you control is sent to the Graveyard by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls, activate 1 of the following effects, based on the Type of the sent monster: -Fairy: Add the sent monster to your hand and inflict 500 damage to your opponent. -Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged Beast: You gain 100 Life Points for every Level 6 or higher monster in your Graveyard. -Warrior, Machine, or Thunder: Remove from play 1 Spell or Trap Card you control to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. -Aqua, Plant, Reptile, or Fish: Draw 1 card and reveal it. If the revealed card is a Spell or Trap Card, discard it. -Dinosaur, Rock, or Dragon: Add 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. You must activate it this turn if possible. -Fiend, Spellcaster, or Zombie: Remove 1 Level 4 or lower DARK monster in your Graveyard from play. -Sea Serpent, Insect, or Pyro: Discard 1 card. Your opponent skips their next Draw Phase. -Psycic: Look at the top card of your opponent's Deck. If the card is a Spell or Trap Card, pay 500 Life Points to add it to your hand OR send it to the Graveyard.

OCG fix above. One thing, though: you're missing Psychic. And it is a legal type, so you need to include it. Maybe make the effect so that it activates whenever a monster you control is sent to the Graveyard, regardless of how?
