It should be: If you take 2000 or more Battle Damage this turn, you can Special Summon this card from your hand during your Main Phase 2. As long as this card is face-up, all face-up monsters with an ATK of 2000 or more cannot attack. It is a better version of Messenger of Peace in monster form. This is a MUST for WATER Decks.
