It should be: When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, you can remove up to 2 FIRE monsters in your Graveyard from play. Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 200 for each FIRE monster removed from play. This card cannot be removed from play. I like the idea. It is balanced and strategic.
