Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Wi-Fi Tournament: Winner gets 5 Reps + 20 Points (Registration Closed)

This will be a Wi-Fi Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Tourney hosted by me and 001. You will use a full team in this tourney and it will be Best 2/3 battles between the Trainers in Round Format. The winner will get 5 reps + 20 points from me. Here are the rules...

 

Rules

1) You can't have two Pokemon on your team hold the same item.

 

2) In order to enter, your team must be Lv. 85 or higher. I want this to be the best of the best battiling each other.

 

3) You CAN use less than 6 pokemon if you wish. I wouldn't reccomend it, but you can. Rules 2 & 1 still applies.

 

4) After a match, both Trainers must post here who won the match.

 

5) All 493 Pokemon are allowed. Like I said before, I want this to be the best of the best.

 

6) No PokeSavved Pokemon. If you have to use cheap cheats to win, then that's just low. This tournament was made so Trainers can battle using pure skill and only skill. The only AR Codes I allow are for items or for catching #'s 491-493

 

If you are caught breaking these rules, you will be DQ'd from the tournament, and a neg will be added to you.

 

That's about all the rules. 001 might edit something, but otherwise, this is it. If this needs to be moved, please PM me and I'll contact a mod. When you reply to the thread, Post your Friend Code and Trainer Name.

First off, why would I hack a Pikachu? Secondly, anything that's an illegal hack is beyond easy to catch.

I think that PokeSav is unlegit hacking even though that ARDS codes themselves are Legit. Getting the Azure Flute thru a hack is way different than getting an Arceus through PokeSav. If anyone gets to use POKESAV, NOT ARDS, than I am dropping out.

Why would it matter, if the PokeSav hacks have legal stats and moves? I, and many others, are able to create Pokemon on PokeSav that, when placed side-by-side with truly legit Pokemon, are totally indistinguishable from the real thing. So I'm not sure why you have your panties in a bunch.

Because it would not be random. If the SP ATK for a Darkrai is between 400~500 (for example), in the game, it would be totally random. With PokeSavv, you can auto put it to 500 or EXCEED 500. With ARDS Darkrai's, it is also random, not chosen. The only way I would be at ease is if you hacked a level 70 or lower PKMN and TRAINED it to 100. Keeping the stats and movepool legit, of course.

Except that, by resetting the game over and over again, eventually, you would end up with a Darkrai that had the exact IVs and Nature you desired. All PokeSav would do in that instance would be to eliminate the time it took.
