EDIT: ATK dropped to 3700. I thought 3500 would be a bit too low.

Well thats a pretty good hand drawing, but do try to use digital art to make the cards look more realistic. Otherwise the OCG/grammar looks good, and the effect is also good.

 

maybe lower the attack to 3500 or so to make it not so overpowered.

 

I also suggest you type out this effect, I could read it, but it is small.

a super RDA and SDD. XD

 

this card has both effects, and is virtually easy to summon with the IIW loops... XD

 

you can get a 4000 ATK monster that can destroy all defenders and negate all targeters.

 

for that reason, it seems overpowered a tad.

 

but that is nice artwork you got there. ;)

Whoah! Great idea! However, I suggest changing it from fusion to synchro, with the first line being:

1 Stardust Dragon + 1 Red Dragon Archfiend + 1 tuner monster

 

Nice pic!!! However, It may be slightly overpowered. Kick the attack down to 3500, and you've got an official 12/10 from me!!!!!!!!!!

it turns out he redid the picture, and it looks so much better. he's banned now though.

 

do you guys think i should remake it for him? i mean, he DID refer me to this site.
