As for the card, nice picture, the effect is good, and the OCG looks pretty good too.

 

I think you could get away with more ATK and DEF though.

Cool card and cute pic, effect is pretty good. No OCG errors I can find. There needs to be a space between Psychic though and the slash. Good work overall. 9/10.
