Those are all the OCG corrections I can make. Card is OP'd. Awesome Pic, though! This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 Fiend-Type monsters you control. Each time your opponents Normal Summons a monster, you can Special Summon 1 Fiend-Type monster from your Deck whose ATK is less than the summoned monster. Once per turn, you can reduce the Battle Damage you take involving a Fiend-Type monster to 0.
