Windowlicker Posted September 27, 2008 Report Share Posted September 27, 2008 This is my 1st card so it may not turn out perfect: Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 monsters. Once per turn, select one monster on your opponent's side of the field and decrease its ATK by 100.
