Pic is nice, but it came from wolfberserker so what do you expect really. OCG is good, nothing I can see wrong really, except maybe "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 monsters on your opponent's field." instead of "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 monsters your opponent control"., but your's isn't wrong (mine could be for all I know).

 

Effect is however OP, since with this card eventhough you lose this 1 monster card at the End Phase of the turn, your opponent could end up losing 3 monsters. Thus this is a +2 for you, and if you tribute those 3 monsters you can attack your opponent directly for some huge damage, assuming you have less Life Points than your opponent, and you use Megamorph.

 

Card Rating: 5/10 - OP is OP and it cannot be tolerated by me. Sorry, cause it is a nice card.

This is overpowered like mad. If your opponent ONLY has three monsters, he would be open, and thus would lead to a free direct attack. 6/10.

The card is also overpowered even though its destroyed at the End Phase.

Change the part about sacrficing your opponent's monsters, if you do that you should stop the effect how its destroyed at the End Phase.
