Meta-Knight's effect needs some clarifying or changing as Dimensional Cape isn't explained. Could it be a spell or trap card or another monster? Also, the number of stars compared to the ATK and DEF points are slightly extreme. Work a bit on having the correct capitals and balancing stars to ATK and DEF points.
