Heaven't made a card in ages!

Im back with a new card, a minotaur:

Effect:

As long as this card is face-up on our side of the field, by paying 1500 Life Points, you can select one equip Spell card from your Deck and add it to your hand.If you have activated this effect, you cannot play the card you added to your hand.By paying 500 Life Points, you can treat this card as an equip Spell card for a FIRE Beast-type monster on your side of the field.The equipped monster gains 300 ATK.If you activated this effect, this card would be sent to the Graveyard at the end of thos turns End Phase.

 

And finaly, the card:

Kind of confusing....and it's 1, not one.

So....you can pay 1500 to get an equip that you can't play?

The last line should be something like "If you activate this effect, destroy this card during your End Phase." Which makes that part really UP....destroy a perfectly good 1700 monster for a 300 ATK bonus for 1 turn?

 

At least, if I'm reading your effect correctly.
