can you please tell me which ones are overpowered and hard to summon and there's suppose to be vanillas, it's a monster series.

Kiyo is a major one. You didn't say ...except "Kiyo". That means, you can't get a single monster targeted at all, if they're all the same type.

Infiltrator is not that hard to bring out you only need 2 monsters. and i still don't get what you are saying about my Kiyo card.

Read Kiyo carefully.

 

If you only need 2 monsters, don't make the level so high. It's pointless.

 

Donza is also hard to summon.

with the "Kiyo" card do you mean that I forgot to put in "except "Kiyo"" at the end?

Well I felt like he seemed to be a powerful card, thus making the level high and because I make the cards.

his effect seemed kinda overpowered so I made him hard to summon.

Its not too overpowered, because you stated it must be a tribute to work.

True, but the effect reads that it can remove "any" monsters in the opponents hand with an attack equal to or greater than "Donza". making it more powerful, and harder to summon.

you didn't really give me advice more like telling me how my cards were hard to summon, which they really weren't, but I appreciate your constructive criticism.
