[spoiler=Cecelia's Effect:]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by removing from play at least 3 LIGHT and 3 DARK monsters from your Graveyard. This card cannot be Special Summoned. This monster's Attribute is also treated as LIGHT. While this card is on the field, decrease the ATK of all other monsters by 500 points. If the ATK of any monster on your opponent's side of the field is greater than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points during each of his or her Standby Phases.
