This card can only be Summoned by removing from your field from play 1 Face-Up Trap Card on your field and 1 monster with "Evolution" in the card name. This card can attack your opponent directly. If you attack this way, this cards attack is halved until the end of your turn. Remove this card from the field from play. Send all cards in your hand to the Graveyard and draw 6 cards.

I bolded the things I did not understand. Please explain in detail.

Just remove the card from the field, not to the Graveyard but from the game (from play). Then send all cards in your hand to the Graveyard. After that draw 6 cards.

 

Thats not OCG but thats a simple brake down of the effect.
