Pic needs a background and needs the writing removed from it. and effect may be slightly OP and basic. To make it balanced, make it so that you can destroy 1 monster and cannot attack this turn (with any monster) rather than just this one.

 

Card Rating: 5/10 - OP is OP and I don't tolerate it. But it's not a bad effort really. I don't see how his is the King of the Monsters!

I think the card's okay... A good way to fix it from being OPed is to just lower the attack.
