oldsk0ol
Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can send 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field with an original ATK that is lower than the ATK of this card to the Graveyard. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn.
Catman25
Maybe a bit overpowered, cool pic though 8/
Professor Cobra
Change level to 9, background needs work, good pic and effect. 8/
Jesus
Picture is bad, and the effect is basic. 6/
StevenBray
OCG: Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can select 1 face-up monster on your opponent's field. If the selected monster's original ATK is lower than the original ATK of this card, send the selected monster to the Graveyard. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn. Pic needs a background and needs the writing removed from it. and effect may be slightly OP and basic. To make it balanced, make it so that you can destroy 1 monster and cannot attack this turn (with any monster) rather than just this one. Card Rating: 5/10 - OP is OP and I don't tolerate it. But it's not a bad effort really. I don't see how his is the King of the Monsters!
♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
I think the card's okay... A good way to fix it from being OPed is to just lower the attack.
