why's that? too unbalanced or inappropriate? If you want to join in then join.

 

why should drake stop bumping? you said the contest would end when we got 20 entrees, if the thread gets lost in the later lists, no one else will join.

 

I have mostly finished my cards. I'll post them after checking for proper OCG, balance, etc.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 FIRE monsters you control. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all FIRE monsters in your hand cannot be Summoned and increase the ATK of this card equal to the number of FIRE monsters in your Graveyard x200. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Dragon-Type monster from your hand to destroy 1 monster in Defense Position and inflict damage to both player's Life Points equal to the DEF of the destroyed monster. When this card is destroyed, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, Special Summon 3 Level 3 or lower FIRE monster(s) in your hand or Graveyard. If you call it wrong, remove from play all monsters in your Graveyard.

This card cannot be Special Summoned by a card effect. If this card is destroyed the turn it was Summoned, Special Summon it on your next Stanby Phase. If all monster(s) you control are WATER, increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 400. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand. If you do this, both player's Special Summon 1 monster from their Graveyard and place them face-down. If your opponent's face-down monster is flipped face-up 1st, destroy this card. When this card is destroyed, downgrade the Level of all WATER monster(s) in your hand by 1 and Special Summone 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your Graveyard.

This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. This card can only be Tribute Summoned by Releasing 2 Dragon-Type monster you control and discarding 1 Monster Card from your hand. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can increase or decrease ATK and DEF. Once per turn, during your Draw Phase, you can discard 1 card from your hand and remove from play 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Moonshine Dragon" (Dragon-Type/LIGHT/Level 3/ ATK 1000/ DEF 1500) in Defense Position. "Moonshine Dragon Tokens" cannot be Released under any conditions. When there are 2 "Moonshine Tokens" in your Graveyard, you can remove them from play to Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your hand and increase its ATK and DEF by 300.

This card can only be equipped to a FIRE, WATER or DARK Dragon-Type monster. The equipped monster gains 300 ATK and DEF. After the 2nd turn this card was on the field, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls and Special Summon it on your next turn. The Special Summoned monster cannot attack or change its Battle Position. When the Special Summoned monster is selected as an attack target by a monster higher than its ATK, place 1 Soul Counter on it and negate the attack. When the selected monster has 3 Soul Counters on it, destroy it and destroy this card and increase both player's Life Points by the ATK of the destroyed monster and inflict damage to both player's Life Points equal to the number of Dragon-Type monsters you control x600. When this card is destroyed (except by itr own effect), Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your hand and increase its ATK by 200.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn, when your opponent designates 1 monster on your side of the field as a target of a battle attack while this card is in Attack Position, switch the target to another monster on your side of the field.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card destroys your opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent.

The Attribute of this card is also treated as DARK. Once per turn, you can negate the effect of a card that destoys this card, and destroy that card. If this effect is activated, destory this card during the End Phase. Special Summon this card to your side of the field during your 3rd Standby Phase after it is destroyed by its own effect.

Increase the equipped monster's ATK by 600 for every Dragon type monster on the field.

Effect: This Card Cannot be destroyed as result of battle. This card Can Attack your opponent's Life Points Directly. When This card is change Control by a card's effect, this card's ATK increase to 2700 Until the End Phase Of this turn.

Effect: This card can only be equipped to a Level 2 or Lower Dragon-Type monster on your side of the field. The equipped monster cannot Change Control. If this card equipped to a "Pixie Dragon" his ATK becomes 2700. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, Remove from play The equipped monster.
