Doctor
is that you? my only tip is that dont make heavy touches, and when the ball is coming down at you hard, cushion it with your thigh

Lazer Yoshi
My Suggestion is to kick a Full 90 Degrees. I noticed you were unbalanced and your foot was not straight.
Cyber Altair
Let's see, you suck is an understatement. First start practicing with only your feet, yes you might get a max. 5-8 but it's a good practice then slowly start using your knee then when your better start using your chest, not overkilling it since one touch is enough and then work your way to your head. You shouldn't do this in 2-3 days, wait for a while before you move on to the next step cause you need to have good balance and control of the ball using your feet and knee's, don't concentrate much in using your head and chest cause it wont really get you anywhere. Also i'd suggest you work on your balance and that you practice starting from the ground by lifting the ball using your leg, that's a good practice.
