[align=center]Hi, haven't made a thread like this in a while. This is my 2K celebration, so please tell me your happy for me. This card supports both EARTH and WIND. It is also a card that is hard to get rid of, in any meta. I think the OCG may not be so good, but if so tell me, and tell me how to fix it. I am happy, H-A-P-P-Y, happy.

 

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Tribute Summoned except by Tributing 3 WIND monsters you control or by it's own effect. During your Standby Phase you can toss a coin. If the Result is heads increase the ATK of all monsters on your side of the field by 200. If the Result is Tails increase the ATK of all monsters on your opponents side of the field by 700. During you End-Phase you can Toss a coin. If the result is Heads your opponent lose Life Points equal to the number of vowels in the name of a random card in your hand x 100. If the Result is Tails you lose Life Points equal to the number of vowels in the name of a random card in your opponents hand x 200. If this card is destroyed by battle you can discard 1 EARTH monster to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. If this card is destroyed by card effect you can discard 1 WIND monster to Special Summon it from the Graveyard.

Tributing is pretty much releasing.

 

Maybe put this at the beginning of the effect:

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Tribute Summoned except by Tributing 3 WIND monsters you control or by it's own effect.

 

^or put releasing and Advance Summon in place of tributing and Tribute Summon^
