When a card is sent to either player's Graveyard, place one Spell Counter on this card. Remove 3 Spell Counters to activate 1 of the following effects:*Randomly send 2 cards from your opponent's hand to their Graveyard.*Send the top 5 cards from your opponent's Deck to their Graveyard.*Select 1 card on your opponent's side of the field and send it to their Graveyard.When this monster is sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 3 Level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monsters from your Graveyard. Pic is alright, but nothing special though (even maybe a bit bland). Effect is alright, but for the Fusion Requirements I would've expected something very dangerous and powerful. A bit of a disappointment and maybe a bit UP. Card Rating: 6.5/10 - too many OCG errors, and the blandness of the card cost the rating a bit too.
