Rozen Phoenix

An experimental deck me and ATO chatted about on MSN, since both BRD and RDD can destroy cards easily I found them to be a brilliant combo with my Phoenix style decks, basically an all out swarm/nuke deck so far this is the result:

Help / Advice will be appreciated, since I'm not that good at building decks...

This is all over the place. I would take out Creator and Creator incarnate. I would take out the Kaiser Seahorses, I would take out the Flame Rulers. I would max apprentice Magician and add in another Hand of Nepyhtys, Lonefire Blossom and Gigaplant and that is just the beginning of it.

No offense, but I don't really see the theme here. Here's some helpful advice; before making a deck, think of a theme. When you thought of the theme, try to get the cards to build it. And I believe(and know) that decks without a theme tend to lose a lot more than those with a theme.
