This card can only be Summoned by offering 2 Dragon-Type Monsters on your side of the field. This card gains the following effects depending on the Attribute of the Tributed Monsters:

FIRE/FIRE- This card gains 500 ATK

WATER/WATER- This card loses 400 ATK and DEF

WIND/WIND- This card can attack twice per turn

EARTH/EARTH- This card loses 500 ATK and cannot be destroyed by battle (battle damage is applyed normally).

Any Attribute- Once per turn, you can send 1 monster on your side of the field to the Graveyard to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the level of the monster x 200.

It's not "if it is Tribute one Monster on your side of the field."

It's: This card can only be Special Summoned from your Graveyard by destroying 1 monster on your side of the field.

 

It's spelt Attribute. You need to write points after the amount. (Battle Damage is applied normally).

 

Why did you repeat the attribute twice?

 

Once per turn, you can send 1 monster on your side of the field to the Graveyard to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the level of the monster x 200.
