Effect is good and effective, very helpful to Elemental Heroes. I think it should be a DARK monster too, but it works as a LIGHT monster as well. So i maked it a Spellcaster TypeI will change the Attribute in Dark.. Thanks for council! :)Also, probably the 2 eff make it a little op..
