As the name suggests, these cards' effects are all about time manipulation. This is an ongoing set, currently 2 cards are done, more will be added with time. Effects are balanced, but the second one's effect seems pointless since very little happens the 2nd Main Phase anyway. I think that the reason how a 8 Star 1800 ATK monster works, is every 3 turns, you can skip your opponents draw phase, and i will be coming with Time Counter support very soon.
