Effect: When this card battles, you can decrease the ATK of this card to 0 during Damage Calculation only. If you do, place 1 Seal Counter on the attack target. All monsters with at least 1 Seal Counter on it cannot attack or defend. Seal Counters cannot be added or removed from any card by a card effect (except this card). When a monster with at least 1 Seal Counter on it is destroyed by battle, inflict 400 damage to your opponent's Life Points and increase your Life Points by 400 for each Seal Counter on the destroyed monster. StevenBray Posted October 4, 2008 Author Report Share Posted October 4, 2008 nice. good pic. though there may be an error in the OCG. so a monster cannot defend?9/10 What I mean by that (if my OCG was incorrect) is that with the Seal Counter on it the opposing monster cannot defend the opponent's Life Points if you declare an attack. i.e. if you attack your opponent and your opponent's only monster has a Seal Counter on it, you can attack directly. Also tetra, thanks for noticing the Spelling error - I'm not gonna edit and repost the card, but I'm glad that someone noticed the error (cause God knows I didn't).
