Kingdom Xathers Posted October 5, 2008 Report Share Posted October 5, 2008 I've posted this card before with a different effect, but since then I've changed it, so I'd like a second opinion. Effect: When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can discard 1 card from your hand to select 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard that was destroyed during this turn or last turn (except the card destroyed by this card's attack) and add it to your Deck (your Deck is then shuffled). When the selected card(s) are sent to the Graveyard, they are returned to their respective owner's Graveyard. Rate and comment. EDIT: OCG has been fixed. StevenBray Posted October 5, 2008 Report Share Posted October 5, 2008 First bit of friendly advice (before the rating) - Paste the Effect underneath the card, since some people won't rate the card because they have to squint to read the effect. Rating:OCG: When this card destroys an opponent's monster {in}/{by} battle, you can discard 1 card from your hand to select 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard that was destroyed during this turn or last turn (except the card destroyed by this card's attack) and add it to your Deck (your Deck is then shuffled). When the selected card(s) are sent to the Graveyard, they are returned to their respective owner's Graveyard.Note: I'm not sure whether it should be in or by in that situation (the 2 "{}"), need some more expert OCG help with that. Also I'm not sure if mine is right either, but I think it sounds better than yours (no offence), and I'm not sure that you need the last effect, since when you control an opponent's monster and it is destroyed, it tends to go back to your opponent's Grave anyway. Pic is good, not too bad. Effect is good, balanaced and potentially effective. Could be useful of not only taking your opponent's best card away from them to use to for yourself, but also negate the majority of the Lightsworn Deck.
