This is me against SaTuRnPaLaDiN divine contest, you all know the rules so lets start.

Winner gives loser 0 rep. Loser gives winner 3 reps.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Advance Summoned by releasing 5 Thunder-Type monsters you control. When this card is Summoned, destroy all monsters on the field (excluding this card) and inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the number of card destroyed by this effect x 300. Each turn, place 1 "Olympus" Counter on this card. If a Spell, Trap or Monster Effect Card specifically designates a monster you control as a target, remove 2 "Olympus" Counters from this card to negate the effect of the Spell, Trap or Monster Effect Card and place it at the bottom of your opponent's Deck, your opponent's Deck is then shuffled. Once per turn, you can pay Life Points to inflict the same amount as Effect damage to your opponent's Life Points.

Night Crow's Card:

There are OCG Errors, your card is pretty hard to Summon, it can be balanced sometimes, theres no flow sorry, pic is good ^_^

 

But then my Vote goes to SaTuRnPaLaDiN, Good Job :D

Well, hmm, it is true about Crow's card, it seems like he just shoved in a bunch of effects hoping to balance each other...

Must say their both very good so I'll call it a tie, Paladin's pic could've done some work.
