take out 2 cyber barrier dragons and 1 cyber laser dragon. add a jinzo or even mix in the cyber dark cards with some dragons. right now my little sister could beat that deck with my spare cards. no offense, but it does not stand a chance. you need more level 4 and lower monsters, so put in the cyber dark cards and some dragons. hunter dragon is new level 3 dragon with 1700 atk. so get some of those.

Cyber Dragon as a decktype doesn't really work unless you just go all out with Chimeratech, Cyber End and Cyber Twin. You've got some nice cards there though, I'd just stick to some Machine Beatdown variant.

Cyber kirin? Cyber barrier? Cyber laser? scrap all copies of all 3, add jinzo, raizas, snipe hunter, tomato...........

in other words, run machine beatdown, oh and dont forget card trooper
