Psuedo-Flip Monster Contest (Needs more entries!)

Here is my 5th contest.

 

In this contest, you will be making Psuedo-Flip Effect Monsters.

 

Just like Flip Effect Monsters, Psuedo-Flip monsters` effects are activated when they are flipped face-up. But here`s what makes them different:

• Flip Effect Monsters read FLIP: at the beginning of the card, but Psuedo-Flip monsters read "When this card is flipped face-up", and can
  be placed anywhere in the card`s effect. (The effects listed after "When this card is flipped face-up" are the Psuedo Flip Effects. Everything
  before that are normal effects that don`t require flipping)
  
• They cannot be negated by cards that work against Flip Effect Monsters, such as Evil Hero Dark Gaia or Ceasefire

 

Here are two examples of this concept:

 

Prizes:

1st - 4 Reps and exclusive sneak peeks at future NineteenHundred cards in the making. (Via PM)

2nd - 1 Rep

3rd - 1 Rep

 

And, as usual, the most important:

General Rules:

- Use good grammar and spelling.

- Keep the cards as balanced as possible.

- Make the art fit the card.

- No inappropriate content whatsoever.

- Add a disclaimer if you got it from an art site such as deviantART.

- No Divine-Beasts or DIVINE-attribute monsters. Please keep your cards as realistic as possible.

- Only 2 cards can be posted. No more, please, for fairness reasons. If you post more than 2 cards, I will only count the first two.

 

Psuedo-Flip Monster Contest Rules:

- Cards can only be Effect Monsters. No Fusion Monsters, Ritual Monsters, or Synchro Monsters, even if they have effects. Also absolutely no Normal Monsters.

-Highest ATK and DEF allowed in this contest is 2200.

 

Cards are due by October 20th. - DUE DATE EXTENDED TO GET IN MORE CARDS AND TO ALLOW TIME FOR RESERVATIONS

 

You must have at least 20 posts to participate in this contest.

[spoiler=swarm of silver leeches effect]This card can only be Advance Summoned by removing from play 1 Level 5 or higher Insect-type monster from your side of the field. Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position. When this card is Flip Summoned, inflict 200 damage to your opponent and destroy 2 monsters on the field with 2000 ATK or less or destroy 2 Spell or Trap cards your opponent controls.

Phantom Series - Phantom of Dusk in Phantom Edition

This monster can attack your opponent directly during the turn it is Flip Summoned. When this card is targeted by a Spell or Trap Card, flip this card into face-down Defense Position. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to your Graveyard, discard 1 card from your hand and Special Summon it to your field in Attack Position at the end of your next turn.

FLIP: Draw 5 cards and Special Summon all Level 4 or lower Rock-Type monsters. Rock-Type monsters cannot be Summoned until all Rock-Type monsters Summoned by this effect are destroyed. If the Special Summoned monster(s) are not destroyed in 3 turns' date=' destroy all monsters you control and inflict 1000 damage to both player's Life Points. When this card is destroyed while in Defense Position, toss a coin. Activate 1 of the following effects based on the result: HEADS -: Tribute 1 Rock-Type monster you control and downgrade 1 monsters Level in your hand by 2 until the End Phase of this turn. TAILS -: Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Rock-Type monster from your hand and its ATK is halved.

When the effect of this card resolves, remove this card from play.

I have extended the end date mainly to get some more cards in and to allow time for reservations.
