Infernalhero Posted October 6, 2008 Report Share Posted October 6, 2008 Ur spamming ur own thread,but hey it's urs.Here it is.1 Speed Synchron+1 or more non-Speed TunersThis card can only be Synchro Summoned.When this card is Synchro Summoned while "Speed World #2" is on the Field your Opponent must Discard the Top 10 cards of their Deck,this monster can not Attack the Turn it is Summoned.If this card is Synchro Summoned while "Speed World #2" is not on the Field then you must Discard the Top 10 Cards of your Deck.While this card is on the Field all Speed Tuner Monsters can not be Affected by your Opponent's Spells or Traps.By Discarding 1 card from your Hand this card can not be Destroyed this turn.If you use this effect you must Discard the Top and Bottom Card of Your Deck to the Graveyard the next time this card Attacks.If this card does not Attack on your Turn then it loses 800 ATK Points. Infernalhero Posted October 6, 2008 Report Share Posted October 6, 2008 It's good,by the way for you're Elemental Monarch,here's a few things Spell,Trap,or Monster Effects Hand,Deck,Graveyard Summoned When this card is summoned destroy all cards on ur opponent's side of the Field,then ur opponent discards his/her Hand. I hate to say it but he's a bit OPed u should change his ATK raise to 200 points and his destruction effet to 3 cards on ur opponent's side of the field.
