Effect - Monster:] This card cannot be Ritual Summoned except using the Ritual Spell Card, "Mask of the Dark Curse". This card cannot be destroyed by Spell, Trap or Monster Effects. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. During the turn a Spell Card is activated, double this card's original ATK. During the turn a Trap Card is activated, increase this card's original ATK to 3000. During the turn a Monster Effect is activated, when this card attacks with an ATK that is higher than the DEF of the attack target, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.
Effect - Spell:] This card remains on the field as if it was a Continuous Spell Card. When a face-up monster is destroyed by battle, place 1 Dark Mask Counter on this card (max. 12) and place the destroyed monster underneath this card. When this card is targeted by a card effect, you can remove 1 monster from underneath this card to negate the effect and activation of the card effect and destroy it (the removed monster is sent to its owner's Graveyard). When there are 12 Dark Mask Counters on this card, you can remove this card, all cards underneath this card and all monsters on your field from play to Ritual Summon 1 "Swordsman of the Dark Mask" from your hand or Deck in Attack Position. If there is a face-up Level 7 or higher Warrior-Type monster on your field, you can equip this card to the level 7 or higher Warrior-Type monster and Tribute it to Ritual Summon "Swordsman of the Dark Mask" from your hand or Deck instead.

I tried to do something different that just make the prototypical Ritual Spell Card, so I experimented with it being a sort of Continuous Ritual Spell Card. So that is why I made it the way it is, and also I used these 2 images together cause when I saw them (I may be wrong), but the mask seems to be a close up (and more defined) of the Swordsman.

So there we go - Rate, Comment and Criticize. Thank You!

Why is the RITUAL longer than the actual monster's effect itself...?

└ That never happens...

Can you please rate the cards, rather than just pointing out the obvious? If you actually read the effects (since by the comment it appears to be that you haven't) then you'd see why it is longer.
