OCG is good, except maybe a comma or 2 required in places - such as after "...no card on the field" in he first line, there should be a comma in my opinion. Effect is alright, it's not bad really but seems to serve no real purpose bar to get it on the field, and then it's not too powerful to do anything effective. Card Rating: 8/10 - It's not a bad card really, very nice making. But it's usefulness and effectiveness really (except as Tribute/Synchro fodder) comes into question for me really.
