AsterikcAde Posted October 6, 2008 Report Share Posted October 6, 2008 (I DO NOT OWN THE IMAGE I USED FOR THIS CARD): You cannot summon Saiyu, The Celestial Born unless you have out on the field the ritual magic card "The Celestial Miracle" and you must offer as a tribute a level 2 or 3 monster. As long as Saiyu, The Celestial Born is on the field, prevent all damage that would be dealt to you, if your opponent's monster attacks Saiyu, The Celestial Born, decrease that monster's ATK points by 2500 until end of turn and you gain half of those points to your life points, if Saiyu, The Celestial Born is destroyed during battle, return all monsters you control that are removed or are in the discard pile back into your deck shuffled.
