You will have at least 4 monsters, at least 2 spells, and at least 4 traps. You will have until Halloween to finish your entry. You will receive two coupons good for a free tag and avatar set for my shop. That is to say, you get two sets. You may pass them on to other members. This is valued at 1.5k per set. The best three entrants will receive their coupons. You will reserve your entry by the 9th. Your cards will win if they are the most balanced and playable in today's game.
