Um...how can a Spell card be summoned? ???

OCG is as follows...

summoned = Summoned (though I don't know how a Spell card can be Summoned...?????)

one = 1

Um...I don't really know how to word this effect properly...maybe something like this...

(As a quick-play spell) "Activate only when an opponent's monster selects a monster on your side of the field as an attack target. The attacking monster loses 500 ATK, and the attack target gains 500 ATK."

Anywaysy...interesting effect...really weird and wrong OCG...5/10.

Anyways, OCG is kinda confusing on your card. Pic is OK, and name suits it well. It seems balanced also. 7/10

Change to a Continuous Spell Card, grammar problems crazy, good pic and effect. 5/10

When a opponent monster attack a 1500+ atk monster in your side of field, Decress the TARGET monster atk by 500 and add to another of yours monster, until the end of the duel
