"Silent Hill: Homecoming" Card

Oh dear, I'm not sure if the image is even appropriate on this site, but... well, come what may.

Effect: Take control of an Attack Position monster on your opponent's side of the field that is equipped with this card. The equipped monster cannot attack or change its battle position, and its ATK is decreased by 100 points x its Level. During each of your Standby Phases, this card inflicts 800 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. The equipped monster can only be destroyed as a result of battle, and your opponent takes the Battle Damage you would have taken as a result of that battle.

Effect is (loosely) based on the event from Silent Hill: Homecoming, depicted in the image.

Rate and criticize. As harsh as necessary.

As far as visceral images go, this is lightweight. The card seems balanced and the OCG is well done from your design. I like the concept behind the card, and I'm admittedly curious about if a larger set of cards couldn't be designed revolving around Silent Hill Homecoming and maintaining this level and standard for playability and balance.

The card definitely seems like it would be limited, though, considering how powerful it is.

I was thinking about what the cards would be like if a set was created, too, designed around torture, nightmares and murder. It would definitely be the most "Mature" of all sets.

For some reason, I think that the "Scarlet" boss looks like Necrofear/Necroface/Doll Chimera. Creepy, huh? It would figure, since some cards are based on concepts from Konami games (though in this case, it would be the reverse).
