Silent Hunter™ Posted October 9, 2008 Report Share Posted October 9, 2008 New cards again ^_^Since its almost Halloween, I'm gonna make some Halloween cards.Here are My 2nd Synchro and Tuner monster, and they are Fiend-Type monsters so here they are Tuner Monster:[align=center]Blood Reign Vampire of Renemnance[/align]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set from your hand. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 Level 4 or higher Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard from play. When this card is Summoned, both player's can Special Summon 1 monster from their hand. The Special Summoned monsters are destroyed during the End Phase of the turn they were Summoned. Once per turn, during your End Phase, when a Fiend-Type monster you control is destroyed, you can place 1 Blood Reign Counter on this card (max. 6). Decrease the ATK of this card for every Blood Reign Counter it has x100. When this card is used for a Synchro Summon of a Synchro Monster, you can place Blood Reign Counter(s) on the Synchro Summoned monster by the number of Counter(s) on this card. When a monster your opponent controls attacks a monster you control with Blood Reign Counter, you can remove 2 Blood Reign Counters from the attacked monster to negate its attack and remove it from play until the End Phase of this turn.[align=center]Vamplord of the Dark Empire[/align]"Blood Reign Vampire of Renemnance" + 1 or more Fiend-Type non-Tuner monster(s)When this card is Synchro Summoned, double the Counters on this card. If this card has 3 or lower Counter(s), decrease the ATK and DEF of this card by 500. All Fiend-Type monster(s) you control cannot be removed from play. You can discard all Fiend-Type monster(s) in your hand to Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Fiend-Type monster from your Graveyard and inflict damage to both player’s Life Points equal to the DEF of the Summoned monster. Once per turn, if this card is targeted by a Spell or Trap Card, you can Tribute 1 monster you control and remove 1 Counter from this card to negate its effect and destroy it. When this card is destroyed, Special Summon 1 non-Tuner monster from your Graveyard that was used for the Synchro Summon of this card.
